BID RESULTS

Selling Brokers/Agents must review the website the business day after the bid deadline expires.  Acceptable bid offer results are posted after 1:00 p.m.  Selling Brokers/Agents must submit a Bid Package to BestAssets within 48 Hours from the Sale Information detailing the bid offer accepted date and time.

The Bid Package must include the following:

• Completed Sales Contract Form 9548 with all signatures and initials in blue ink.
• All the required addendums as applicable to the property listing:
  • BestAssets Sales Incentive Addendum
  • Notice of Right to An Inspection Addendum
  • Lead Base Paint Addendum - Please refer to your property on the property listing or bid results (if your bid has been awarded) for downloading.
  • Owner Occupant Certification Form
  • Notice to Purchaser Addendum
  • Radon Gas and Mold Form and Release Agreement
  • Flood Zone Addendum
  • Utility Activation Form (optional form, if applicable - All funds should be made out to BestAssets)
  • Methamphetamine Disclosure Form for seller (Minnesota and South Dakota only) - Please refer to your property on the property listing or bid results (if your bid has been awarded) for downloading.
• Corporate resolution showing signatory authority if a company is purchasing a property
• Photo copy of the Earnest Money cashiers check/money order
• Pre-qualification letter on lender letterhead or Financial Statement/Proof of funds if using cash
• Bid Confirmation Page from website.
• Selling Broker/Agent Business Card

****If your bid package is not received within 48 hours after the date the bid is awarded or your contract corrections are not received within 24 hours, your bid will be cancelled. No Exceptions.
