8/7/2007 BEST-ASSETS LISTINGS WEB SITE - MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
A maintenance task has been scheduled on The LISTINGS and BIDDING website.
Therefore, it will be taken down on 08/08/07 00:00 AM. The maintenance is
expected to be complete in one hour and the web site to be up on 08/08/07 at
1:00 AM.

The LISTING AND BIDDING website was down on Sunday, 8-5-07. Due to this
outage, the bid deadline for both Owner Occupants and General Public bids is
extended thru today, 8-6-07.
All Owner-Occupant offers received on 8-6-07 shall be considered to have
been received simultaneously with the new listings from 7-27-07.
All General Public offers received on 8-6-07 shall be considered to have
been received simultaneously with the listings from 8-3-07.

The properties that were listed with a start
date of May 25, 2007 and a final bid date of June 3, 2007 have been removed from the
website due to technology difficulties. The properties that appeared in that listing
period will be available for bidding on June 1, 2007 with a final bid date of June 10, 2007.
All bids placed during the May 25th bidding period must be resubmitted for consideration.

Due to technology difficulties the exclusive bids for the owner
occupant period 05/29/07 were not disclosed until today 05/30/07; please review the

Form update
Must be completed and approved by BA prior to any utility
activation. Buyer/Buyers Agent assumes full responsibility
for any damages. All funds should be made out to BestAssets.
11/15/2005 - Zero
Tolerance Policy
All names and Identification
numbers entered on the initial bid submission must be correct
and spelled as they legally appear on the Driver’s License
and Social Security Card. All the information on the initial
bid submission must match the 9548 contract. If any names
or identification numbers are entered incorrectly on the initial
bid submission or the initial bid submission does not match
the 9548 contract, BestAssets on behalf of HUD will cancel
your contract. Because of this policy, we strongly recommend
viewing or obtaining a copy of the buyer(s) Drivers License
and Social Security Card prior to submitting the initial bid
and completing the sales contract.

04/28/2005 - New SAMS Form 1111 for
Broker and other Payees Certification
Effective May 1, 2005, The use of a newly updated form SAMS-1111,
Payee name and address, will be mandatory for establishing
and modifying payees. All previous form SAMS-1111s received
by the SAMS service contractor on or after May 15th will be
rejected and returned.
03/28/2005 - Attention All Name and
Address Identifier (NAID) Applicants - All NAID application
packages received will be returned if the broker’s license
expires within 3 months of the application/recertification
date. Please renew your license with your state before submitting
your NAID packet.
