Brokers/agents who wish to bid on HUD properties are encouraged to register their NAID with HUD’s exclusive listing, bidding and informational site, www.HUDHomeStore.com which provides a complete listing of HUD properties across the country. Under the new contract all bids will be placed exclusively through this website rather than the individual contractor’s website. Bidding brokers and agents are required to maintain a current NAID and be registered with HudHomeStore.com. The agency’s primary broker must register with HUDHomeStore before subsequent agents may be registered.
